Thanks again for all the support and signing ! This was another great day. As I am writing people are still signing, we are 312 signatures...
I am so grateful for the friends and families of our community rallying up for us and sharing. Also grateful for the strangers, just reading about our cause and caring ! And advocating ! And understanding that this is way bigger than it appears.
I’d like to reach 500 by the end of the week.

I have been in touch with someone who took a similar kind of action at Versailles Koreatown and they had the brilliant idea to create a Facebook group as the my.equity... online tenant board got shut down when they started petitioning collectively. So for those of you who I am not in touch with yet by phone or email, PLEASE CONSIDER JOINING THIS GROUP:

We need to form an association to have more power.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Our story is being pitched and we might have a reporter on site as early as Friday or next week.
I NEED RESIDENTS TO VOLUNTEER BEING ON CAMERA WITH ME.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEAK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO , YOU WOULD JUST HAVE TO BE THERE TO SHOW SUPPORT AGAINST THESE EQUITY RESIDENTIAL 2022 RENT INCREASES !
